The main airport of the region is in Naples. You can reach Salerno using the Airport Shuttle service (ALIBUS) which connects the Capodichino airport to the centre of Naples. The bus leaves every 20 minutes and stops in Piazza Garibaldi for those wanting to travel to Salerno by train, or Piazza Municipio for those wanting to travel by Bus (SITA).
